Bisphenol monomer containing trimethoxy benzene structure and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a bisphenol monomer containing trimethoxy benzene structure 1,1-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-(4-(3,4,5-trimethoxy)phenoxy)phenyl-2,2,2-trifluoroethane. The preparation process comprises the following steps: reacting 4-fluoro-2,2,2-trifluoroacetophenone and 3,4,5-trimethoxy phenol under alkaline conditions to obtain an intermediate compound 4-(3,4,5-trimethoxy)phenoxy)phenyl-trifluoroketone, reacting the intermediate compound with phenol in the presence of an acidic catalyst, and purifying the crude product by recrystallization to obtain the 1,1-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-(4-(3,4,5-trimethoxy)phenoxy)phenyl-2,2,2-trifluoroethane. The bisphenol monomer can be used for preparing polyaryletherketone, polyether sulfone, polyaryl ether nitrile and other functional polymers containing methoxy structure.
