Infrared ray heating apparatus for electrostatic spray coating of power paint

An infrared ray heating system for electrostatic spray coating is provided to enable efficient heating and melt curing of a spray coated film formed on an article to be coated, thereby improving the production efficiency and product quality. An infrared ray heating system for electrostatic spray coating comprises: an electrostatic spray coating unit(100) for carrying out spray coating of a powder coating agent on the surface of an article(10) to be coated; an IR heating unit(200) that includes a body(210) to which the article coated in the electrostatic spray coating unit is fed continuously, wherein the body has a chamber-like shape and an inlet(211) through which the article is fed, and the region adjacent to the inlet is inclined downwardly, IR heaters having a flat panel shape and surface irregularities, disposed on the inner wall of the body and emitting infrared rays to the article, thereby heating, melting and curing the powder coating agent on the surface of the article, and an IR reflection plate formed on the inner wall of the body between the IR heaters for reflecting the IR rays emitted from the IR heaters; and a conveying unit(300) for continuously conveying the article into the electrostatic spray coating unit and IR heating unit.
