Value grows as a result of the immersion of the student in the formation process, not just because of the knowledge and skills if not of everything in regard to the social interaction. It is remarkable for today’s Cuban professors to occupy themselves on the formativ e tasks. In this article it is proposed to check the existing bibliography of the different criterion of values and the importance of the formation of this in Medical Science’s students; besides, it is outstanding the fundamental work of the teacher (to in struct, to teach, to educate); as well as the qualities they must gather, offering conclusions.
