We have seperated fungi from the egg masses of root-knot nematode in 1994 in xiamen University,and one type of the fungi was determined lilac Paecilomyces.The product main used in the prevention and control of root-knot nematode and sperocyst eeluorm which have the most serious damage to the crop.The product is obtain by the culture of bacterium,and one level,two level liquid fementation,and then by solid fementation.
