In this study we investigated the effect of reactive oxygen species produced by the system of extracellular xanthine xanthine oxidase on collageninduced platelet aggregation. Multidirectional influence on the parameters of the AFC aggregation of platelets isolated patients with heart failure and metabolic disorders and healthy volunteers is revealed.
