The invention discloses a breeding method for increasing the content of pork phospholipid. The method includes the steps that 1, bacillus subtilis mycelia, brown sugar, corn and sodium chloride are mixed to be fermented; fermented bacillus subtilis liquid, water, rice bran, wheat bran, calcium hydrophosphate and sodium chloride are sealed to be fermented for at least three days; the fermented mixture is mixed with grains and water to be further fermented for 5-15 hours, so that fodder capable of being fed is obtained. The breeding method is low in cost and quite good in effect, examining reports discover that the content of pork phospholipid of pigs fed through the method is greatly increased, nutrients needed for learning can be met completely, memory ability can be enhanced, and great help is provided for solving the learning problem of students and the sub-health problem of office workers.
