The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fluorine-containing elastomer composition which has higher resistance to urea water and ammonia over a wide temperature range. The present invention relates to a fluorine-containing elastomer composition which contains a hydrotalcite compound and an amorphous fluorine-containing elastomer that has a glass transition temperature of 25°C or less, and which is characterized in that: the fluorine-containing elastomer is a copolymer which is composed of vinylidene fluoride, a fluorine-containing monomer represented by general formula (1), and another monomer that is copolymerizable with vinylidene fluoride and the fluorine-containing monomer; the (vinylidene fluoride unit)/(fluorine-containing monomer unit) molar ratio is from 85/15 to 20/80; and the another monomer unit accounts for 0-50% by mole of all monomer units. (1): CH 2 =CFRf (In the formula, Rf represents a linear or branched fluoroalkyl group having 1-12 carbon atoms, wherein some or all of hydrogen atoms are substituted by fluorine atoms.)
