Method and system for configuring protocol dynamically

The invention discloses a method and system for configuring a protocol dynamically. The method comprises: a first device establishes communication connection with a second device by a first configuration protocol; the second device receives a configuration protocol request sent by the first device, wherein the configuration protocol request includes identifier information of the first device; the second device determines a second configuration protocol of the first device according to the identifier information; the second device returns the second configuration protocol to the first device; and the first device operates the second configuration protocol. Therefore, with the method and system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first device can configure the corresponding protocol according to the demand of the first device and thus the first device does not need to load all protocols, so that the space is saved and stability is improved and thus the user experience is enhanced.
