Electronic materialPhase inhomogeneity of Pb2MoO5 single crystals

Pb2MoO5 single crystals, obtained by the Czochralski method, find wide application in acousto-optical devices. Their optical properties depend on a number of factors, particularly on the purity and homogeneity of the starting charge. In this paper we determine the influence of the Pb2MoO5 powder composition on the phase inhomogeneity of large dimensional Pb2MoO5 single crystals.
