PESQUISA EMPÍRICA SOBRE CSCW PUBLICADOS NA CONFERÊNCIA ACM/CSCW ENTRE OS ANOS DE 2008 A 2018

This article reviews 95 empirical research articles published at the ACM/CSCW conference between the years 2008 to 2018 in which the author uses the keywords “CSCW”, “ Groupware ” and “Health”. The articles were classified according to the type of empirical research they report, following the methodology published by Wainer and Barsottini. The classes are Design and Evaluation, Descriptive, Exploratory, Bibliographic or articles without empirical research. The results show that the CSCW field is constantly changing with a predominance of studies of design and evaluation of systems and processes. Most of the studies are based on ethnographic and qualitative analysis in order to produce data that encourage the development of tools. Thus respecting the workflow and amplifying the quality of the product.
