Discrimination of high-risk type 2 endoleak after endovascular aneurysm repair through CT perfusion: A feasibility study.

Abstract Type 2 endoleak after endovascular aneurysm repair is the most prevalent type of endoleak but as the clinical consequence after its diagnosis is uncertain, at present, management decisions are based solely on aneurysm sac growth. The aim of this study was to investigate the potential of various CT perfusion parameters regarding their ability to distinguish high- from low-risk type 2 endoleaks after endovascular aneurysm repair.
