SSN과 EMI 저감을 위한 Via Stitching과 Mushroom EBG를 사용한 Power Distribution System

In printed circuit boards (PCB), the importance of isolating simultaneous switching noise (SSN) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) increases as operating frequency of system increases. We propose power distribution system (PDS) with via stitching and mushroom electromagnetic band gap (Mushroom EBG) to mitigate the problems.
