Incidence of Clostridium difficile infection and associated risk factors among hospitalized children: A retrospective study

Objectives: Clostridium difficile infection (CDI) is the single most common cause of nosocomial diarrhea in both adults and children; however, available data regarding the incidence and associated risk factors in hospitalized children remains limited. This study aimed to determine the incidence of CDI and its associated risk factors.
