Delusional Misidentification syndromes: A common phenomena

The authors shows four cases of Delusional Misidentification Syndromes with delusional beliefs in self intermetamorphosis. The main diagnoses was Schizophrenia in three cases and Mania in one case. They discusses about the psychopathological differences of these kind of syndromes.
