Acolate theraputic effect was studied during 6 weeks in 24 patients with mild and molБЮЛЛЕТЕНЬ Выпуск 7, 2000 45 erate bronchial asthma by integral comparing lung clearance function change dynamics with adrenoreceptor apparatus functional state. In 87,5% of patients treated with acolate complete recovery or mucocilliary clearance and adenylate cyclase system disturbance improvement were noted. Acolate proved to be more effective in patients with mild bronchial asthma.
