Reliability Analysis of Motor Spindle Bearing Based on Operating Condition

2011
In the general sense, the reliability index is calculated by mathematical statistics method, in which, a large number of failure datas must be obtained by accelerated life test, and the most important thing is that the index is a static index, not reflecting the real-time reliability. This method is not appropriate for high precision products. In this case, performance degradation data based on running characteristics can provide more valuable information about the reliability. Based on using failure datas to model and extracting the vibration signal features, a new method using proportional hazard models is proposed in this paper, which can link the low-level information(such as vibration feature )and high-level information(such as reliability index). Reliability model can be established by extracting vibration characteristics of Spindle.
