Nylon composition and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a nylon composition. The nylon composition is prepared from the following components by weight: 65 to 67 parts of nylon 6 resin, 15 to 30 parts of a glass fiber, 15 to 18 parts of a fire retardant, 2 to 10 parts of iron black and 0.9 to 1.6 parts of a processing aid. The nylon composition with a deep color prepared in the invention has high mechanical properties and a high CTI value and can be easily processed. A toner used in the invention is iron black instead of carbon black or black master batch, so adverse influence of carbon black on electrical performance like CTI of the composition can be effectively avoided.
