Sexo e linguagem. Identidades em relevo em afixos superlativos: uma análise dos afixos "super-", "-íssimo", "-éssimo" e "-érrimo" nas colunas de esporte e sociedade do jornal "O povo online"

EnglishThis article discusses the indexical function of superlative affixes super-, -issimo, -esimo and -errimo. By analyzing files collected in columns of "sports" and "high society", which have as their target audience, respectively, male and female readers, the aim is to identify traces of a sexual identity in the formations caused by these affixes. This article also discusses, within the relations between language, (in)equality and forms of hegemony, the ways in which these affixes are related to social stereotypes confirming the hegemonic ideology of consensus. To this end, the theoretical foundation of this work finds its place in the theoretical framework of Morfopragmatic and the Sociolinguistics - especially through the theories of Goncalves (2001), Preti (1984) e Possenti (1998) -, and of Discourse Analysis - especially the theories of Fairclough (2001), Orlandi (1993) and Van Dijk (2008). portuguesNeste artigo, analisa-se a funcao indexical dos afixos superlativos super-, -issimo, -esimo e -errimo. A partir de arquivos coletados das colunas de "esporte" e "alta sociedade" do jornal O povo online, que tem como publico alvo, respectivamente, leitores do sexo masculino e feminino, pretende-se identificar tracos de uma identidade sexual que se coloca em relevo nas formacoes ocasionadas por estes afixos. Discute-se tambem, dentro das relacoes entre lingua, (des)igualdade e formas de hegemonia, as maneiras pelas quais tais afixos se relacionam com os estereotipos sociais, ratificando a ideologia hegemonica do consenso. Para tanto, a fundamentacao teorica deste trabalho encontra lugar no arcabouco da Morfopragmatica e da Sociolinguistica - sobretudo atraves das teorias de Goncalves (2001), Preti (1984) e Possenti (1998) -, e da Analise do Discurso - com destaque as teorias de Fairclough (2001), Orlandi (1993) e Van Dijk (2008).
