The utility model relates to the field of utilization of steel tailings micropowder, in particular to a production device for smelting steel tailings miropowder, which is characterized in that the device comprises a feed hopper and a raw material scale, the raw material scale is in process connection with a belt magnetic machine, a static separator, a dynamic powder concentrator, a high pressure rolling press and a finished product hopper in sequence, and the discharge port of the high pressure rolling press is also connected with the feed port of the belt magnetic machine through a bucket elevator. The magnetic field on the surface of the conveyer belt of the belt magnetic machine is uniform, and the magnetic intensity variable rate in the width direction is not more than 10 percent. Compared with the prior art, the production device provided by the utility model has the following benefits: (1) the belt magnetic machine can effectively ensure to separate out magnetic substances with the same grade; (2) the static separator preliminarily separates semi-finished products, so as to improve the concentration efficiency of the subsequent dynamic powder concentrator and meet that the specific surface area of finished products is larger than or equal to 450m /kg; (3) the high pressure rolling press has high ratio of operation and low energy consumption and greatly improves the efficiency of steel slag pulverization; and (4) the impact of magnetic substances on the service life of the high pressure rolling press is reduced.
