On Rules of Origin of China

Rules of origin play a fundamental and practical role in very different fields of international commerce. However, China's current rules of origin are still predominated by too many shortcomings, which hinder the development of China's foreign trade and economic relations.Therefore, it seems urgently advisable to improve the rules of origin which conform to the Harmonization Programme of WTO.
