The present invention provides for NOx removal vanadium / tungsten / titanium dioxide catalyst and preparation method. In particular, the present invention provides a highly efficient NOx removal of vanadium for the selective catalytic reduction process / tungsten / titanium dioxide catalyst preparation process. The present invention provides a superior NOx preparing active vanadium / tungsten / titania catalyst is removed in a wide temperature range, according to vanadium / tungsten prepared by the method / titania catalyst and its application method, the preparation method includes tungsten precursor impregnated titania carrier and dried and sintered to prepare a tungsten / titania support impregnated titania carrier; and impregnated tungsten / titania support by treatment with a vanadium precursor and drying and sintering the tungsten / titania support impregnated prepared vanadium / tungsten / titania catalyst, wherein the tungsten / tungsten-titania support does not include crystal grains comprising the amorphous tungsten.
