An Empirical Study on Knowledge Customization and Knowledge Transfer Performance: The Moderating Effects of Individual Capability

Based on the literature review and evaluation,knowledge quality is defined through an entirely new view of knowledge customization in this paper,which extended the range of present knowledge management research about knowledge.Firstly,knowledge customization is defined and classified,and knowledge customization scale is developed.Secondly,for knowledge is difficult to be completely customized,individual learning ability and creating ability in the organization moderate the effects of knowledge transfer performance on customized knowledge.Thirdly,investigation questionnaire tests the theoretic model,and based on the result of the model,the conclusion is made and the future direction of research is proposed.
