The invention discloses an underground storage type flow and water content monitor which is designed for quickly and accurately finding water at long horizontal well sections and carrying out production acquisition tests. An oil pipe connection thread is arranged at the bottom end of a base of the monitor, a radial liquid inlet hole and an axial liquid through hole which are formed in the lateral wall of the base form a bridge type channel, and a hole in the upper end of the base is connected with an outer cylinder through a connector. A turbine flowmeter, an array water holdup meter, a check valve set, a circuit control board, a communication board and a battery are connected in the outer cylinder from bottom to top, a pressure gauge and a thermometer are arranged on a check valve set base, and a liquid outlet hole is formed in the lateral wall of the outer cylinder, between the check valve set and the circuit control board. The monitor can be used in a multi-stage mode, the quantity of stages is not limited, quick water exploration and flow and water content monitoring can be carried out in a subsection mode in each layer section of the long horizontal well sections ranging from 15 sections to 20 sections by lowering a tubular column for one time, operation procedures on site can be simplified, labor intensity can be reduced, the water exploration test period can be shortened, and water exploration accuracy can be improved.
