The method comprises the steps of manufacturing a template, coating, carrying out mold assembling, smelting furnace charge, tapping and balling, carrying out inoculation, pouring, cooling, opening a box, cleaning casting pieces and carrying out heat treatment, wherein the template (01) is molded by wet molding sand and is not provided with a casting head; an outer ring chilling block (02) and an inner ring chilling block (03) are arranged inside and outside the template (01); a filter screen (04) is arranged between a sprue (05) and a cross gate (06); an alcoholic-group coating coats in a casting mold; in the step of smelting the furnace charge, an electric induction furnace is adopted as melting equipment, the furnace charge is melted after mixture calculation and then is heated at the equilibrium temperature of 1400-1420 DEG C, the boiling temperature of 1450-1470 DEG C and the superheat temperature of 1500-1520 DEG C, balling, inoculation, pouring and cooling are carried out, the box is opened, and the casting pieces are cleaned; in the step of heat treatment, normalization is carried out, and the stress is relieved by low-temperature tempering.
