Action des plaquettes sur la prophospholipase plasmatique

1972
Summary Plasma contains a prophospholipase which may be activated a factor presents in crude trypsin. Rat platelets contain an activator having the same role as crude trypsin and convert the zymogen to active phospholipase. This factor u – may be dissolved u by detergents (sodium deoxycholate) by CaCl 2 (10 −1 M) by successive congelations and decongelations. by ultra-sounds. – activates the prophospholipase of Rat plasma, of Man and Rabit plasma and serum and of human globular lysate. – is heat sensitive.
