Hailey-Hailey disease (familial benign pemphigus) is a genodermatosis due to the mutation in the ATP2C1 gene, characterized by the flaccid vesicles that mainly affect the area of folds and in the chronic evolution as macerated plaques with multiple painful fissures; present a great impact on the quality of life of the patient and there is no definitive treatment of the disease. We report the case of a male patient with this disease successfully treated with the application of platelet-rich plasma.
