Особенности возникновения вторых злокачественных опухолей у больных гемобластозами

Cases with multiple tumors have been analyzed based on Sochi haemoblastosis register materials (volume 6086 patients with leucosis). Second malignant tumors were discovered in 289 patients (4,7%). Correlation with solid cancer specific locations has been shown for some forms of haemoblastosis. Analysis of synchronic and metachronic multiple tumors is given. Specific features of leucosis and lymphomas are presented in cases of second tumors joining, emphasis is given to existence of two forms of haemoblastosis in one patient (4,2% of all second tumors). Survival madians are calculated after second tumor joining, cumulative indexes of observed and corrected survival are determined. The obtained data show diversity of coexisting tumors clinical variants that should be taken into account in treating and forecasting patients with haemoblastosis.
