Reflexões das Expectativas dos/as Bolsistas sobre a Participação no PIBID/UFS – Itabaiana

The Institutional Program of Introduction to Teaching (known as PIBID) has as perspective to enable the approaching of future teachers to the profession activities. In this sense, this paper aims to present some reflections about gathered fellows' expectations of PIBID guidelines 2013/2014 from the Federal University of Sergipe at Itabaiana (UFS-ITA) concerning to their participation in the Program. This qualitative research was conducted with 311 fellows through the application of an electronic questionnaire supported by Google Drive system. Data were analyzed using the software webQDA from the set of techniques which make up the content analysis. According to the results, one observed that these fellows’ expectations are related, more often, to the categories: teaching experience, knowledge, initiation to teaching, pedagogical practice, academic career and training of students.
