Device for determining dissociation constant of weak electrolyte

2011
The invention relates to a device for determining dissociation constant of weak electrolyte. The device consists of a pH meter, a magnetic stirrer, a titration cup, a liquid feed pump and a constant-temperature circulating bath, wherein the titration cup is a double-layer glass cup; a constant-temperature circulating water passage is formed between the inner layer and the outer layer of the glass cup, and is connected with a constant-temperature circulating device; the titration cup is placed on a box integrated with the magnetic stirrer and the pH value; and two feed pipes of the liquid feed pump extends into the titration cup, one for feeding a to-be-detected sample solution to the titration cup and the other one for adding a titrant into the titration cup slowly by adjusting flow rate of the liquid feed pump. The device provided by the invention can accurately, conveniently and rapidly determine dissociation constant of acidic or alkaline weak electrolyte solution, and can determine dissociation constants of a to-be-detected sample at different temperature by adjusting temperature of the constant-temperature circulating bath.
