Study on the Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Capability in China from County Perspective

this paper describes the meaning of agriculture science and technology innovation and its relationship with county economy,analyzes the status and problems of agricultural science and technology in Chinese county,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions that meet the characteristics of agriculture science and technology innovation in Chinese county by drawing on the successful experiences of regional agricultural science and technology innovations in developed countries.
