Employment in the Healthcare Industry in India

Seeing the current challenges in the Indian Healthcare Industry with respect to employment, Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerges as a key player in eliminating these problems. As the world is moving towards a digital age, AI is already revolutionizing the healthcare industry in a number of ways. Artificial Intelligence can serve as a boon for the healthcare system by giving it the boost it needs in employment as well as improving the overall functioning of the industry. This paper seeks to study the existing scenario of employment in healthcare in India and the impact of AI on employment on the same.
