Uso de chachafruto (Erythrina edulis) y soya (Glycine max)como sustituto de la harina de pescado en la formulación de dietas para alevines de coporo (Prochilodus mariae).

2016
The aim of this work was to determine the efficiency of the use of chachafruto (Erythrina edulis) and soja (Glycine max) in formulation of alternatives diets as a substitute of fishmeal for feeding coporo fingerlings (Prochilodus mariae). Three diets were elaborated TV01, TV02 with flour of chachafruto: soja flour, 40:40 and 50:30, respectively and TV03 with fishmeal, yellow corn flour 38:27 and these were formulated with a theoretical protein of 30 %. Coporo fingerlings were selected with an initial average weight of 0.56 g ± 0.04. Feeding took place three times a day, ad libitum during 76 days. The results indicated that coporo fingerlings fed with the TV01 diet showed a gain of total weight value that was higher than TV02 and TV03 diets. However, statistics showed not significant differences between samples (p> 0,05). These results indicate that a substitution of fishmeal with chachafruto and soja might be good for feeding coporo fingerlings.
