杏丁、神经生长因子、高压氧对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤保护作用的比较研究

Objective To investigate the protective effect of Xingding ginkgo-dipyridamolum (XGD) on hypoxic ischemic brain damage (HIBD) in neonatal rats. The protective effect of NGF and HBO was also studied. Methods The HIBD animal models were made by ligating the uterine arteries of pregnant rat. XGD and NGF were injected into the HIBD models. Some HIBI) models were given HBO treatment. The treatment groups were compared with the control groups as following criterion: the brain water content, variation of NO, the number of apoptosis cells and the degree of brain damage. Results XGD, NGF and HBO minimized eminently the level of NO, decreased eminently brain injury and the apoptosis of cerebral cells (P<0.05). XGD and HBO can minimize eminently brain water content (P<0.05) while NGF can't. Conclusion XGD, NGF and HBO have protective effect on HIBD. NGF can't minimize brain water content.
