KINETIC-STATIC ANALYSIS OF COLD PILGER MILL

Through the dynamic analysis,a mathematic model of the main driving system of cold Pilger mill has been built.The dynamic virtual prototyping model of the main driving system of a cold Pilger mill is established based on ADAMS and Pro/E,the simulation is carried out and the results are analyzed.The dynamic properties of the main driving system are resolved based on the different types of rolling force distributions,and references are provided for the design of cold Pilger mills.
