The self-adaption mechanism is characterized by being parallelly provided with a first driving shaft and a second driving shaft, wherein a chain drive structure composed of a driving chain and a driving sprocket is arranged between the first driving shaft and the second driving shaft; a manual spanner is fixedly connected with the first driving shaft; the shaft end of the second driving shaft is provided with a shaft shoulder, and an axial notch used for driving a moment is formed in the shaft shoulder; The tail part of the regulating sleeve is provided with an axial boss matched with the notch; by utilizing matching of the axial boss and the axial notch on the shaft shoulder in the second driving shaft and utilizing bolts for fixation, moment transfer is realized. The self-adaption mechanism can adapt to regulation of drive and driven diastem detection in multiple types of drive decelerating, and is simple, reliable and efficient.
