Study on the Synthetic Conditions of copper-Compound Amino acids Under Microwave Irradiation

2007
The synthesis of copper-compound amino acids from feather was optimized under microwave irradiation by an orthogonal experiment. The experiment indicated that the optimized hydrolysis conditions of compound amino acids was determined under microwave irradiation as follow: solid to liquid ratio 1:5,time 3h,concentration of H__2SO_4 3 mol/Land microwave power 500W,Under the optimized condition, the extraction yield of compound amino acids was 63.6%;the optimized synthetic conditions of copper-compound amino acids was determined under microwave irradiation as follow: the molar ration of ligand of compound amino acid to copper 3∶1,time 30 min, microwave power 400W,Under the optimized condition, the yield of ferro-compound amino acids was 93.8%.
