Cuprous o-semiquinolate complexes with phosphine ligands

1. New cuprous o-semiquinolate complexes with phosphine ligands were obtained and studied by ESR spectroscopy. The paramagnetic cuprous complexes with 1,4-bis(diphenyl-phosphine)benzene were isolated and characterized for the first time. 2. The effect of the electron-withdrawing properties of the phosphorus substituent in the neutral ligand on the coupling constants was established.
