Design of electronic control system of AMT in heavy-duty vehicle based on DSP

In the modern automated mechanical transmission(AMT) control system,many controlled variables,complex control strategies,high real-time control requirements and bad working conditions increase the difficulty of electronic control unit(ECU) design.Taking advantage of highly effective operating speed and rich embedded function module unit of digital signal processing(DSP) chip TMS320LF2407A,adopting the modularized design method,the AMT electronic control unit was designed.The stability,practicability and ability of upgrade of the ECU were improved.According to the demand of heavy-duty vehicle equipped with mechanical fuel oil system of diesel engine to the AMT,the corresponding ECU was developed.
