Изменение спектра поглощения продуктов окислительной модификации белков печени крыс в условиях дефицита синтеза оксида азота различной выраженности

Influence of L-NAME in a dose of 25 and 200 mg/kg on oxidizing modification of proteins of a liver of rats is studied. It is established that when using N-nitro L-arginine methyl ester in a dose of 25 mg/kg the level of proteins carbonyl derivative of a liver of rats increases in comparison with control. It is important to note that the quantity of aldehyde -and ketone-dinitropheniylhydrazons in ultra-violet area of a range statistically significantly increases that testifies to damage of the remains of the amino acids possessing neutral properties. Under the influence of L-NAME in a dose of 200 mg/kg the level of carbonyl derivative proteins of a liver of rats decreases in comparison with control that is a consequence of reduction of synthesis of nitrogen oxide. Also the increase in reserve and adaptation potential is noted that points to obvious adaptation and regenerative abilities of a liver.
