The invention relates to a method for designing an assistant positioning sleeve of a personalized navigation template. The method mainly includes: acquiring data of a lesion location according to advanced medical image CT/MRI, and combining with reverse engineering and digital medicine to complete designing of the personalized navigation template; on this basis, according to length and inner diameter of a navigation template positioning pipeline, completing designing of the assistant positioning sleeve and an assistant supporting handle in AutoCAD software; after designing of the sleeve and an assistant supporting structure is completed, adopting a titanium alloy material, and utilizing conventional cutting or 3D printing technology to process the assistant positioning sleeve. CT/MRI data and reverse engineering technology are utilized to complete accurate designing of the navigation template; on the basis of the navigation template, the assistant positioning sleeve of the navigation template is specially designed in order to avoid breakage, wearing and sliding after being positioned of the navigation tube and postoperative infection caused by a navigation tube in the process when the navigation template is used to assist the operation process, and accurate clamping is realized by utilizing a sawtooth-shaped structure at the end of the positioning sleeve; the sleeve is made by combining the titanium alloy material, so that postoperative infection caused by the fact that bits generated by wearing of the navigation template are left in the body of a patient in the process of operation is avoided, and accurate positioning in the process of operation is realized.
