The invention relates to a high-gradient magnetic separator consisting of oblique magnetic matrix separating rings, in particular to an oblique-ring high-gradient magnetic separator, which mainly comprises a permanent magnetic system, a non-guide magnetic rotor drum, magnetic matrix rings, a separating ring rotation driving device, a separating ring gradient adjusting device and the like. The oblique-ring high-gradient magnetic separator is mainly characterized in that: the non-guide magnetic rotor drum containing the magnetic matrix rings forms the separating rings and the gradient of the separating rings can be optionally adjusted by the gradient adjusting device in a range of between 0 and 90 degrees so as to change the parallel and vertical component forces of gravity of material particles on a separating inclined plane, change hydrodynamic properties of ore pulp and fulfil the aim of adjusting a separating force applied to the particles and improving the recovery rate of magnetic materials. The separating rings are driven to rotate by a motor, have adjustable rotating speed thereof and realize operations of feeding, sucking, discharging and the like. The oblique-ring high-gradient magnetic separator of the invention is suitable for separating various magnetic materials.
