Investigation of vacuum deposition of Bi2Te3 - based thermoelectric materials

Abstract The process of evaporation of Bi 2 Te 3 Sb 2 Te 3 and Bi 2 Te 3 Bi 2 Se 3 alloys was studied. Fractional analysis of vapors of these materials is presented. Ingots compositions necessary to obtain stoichiometric Bi 2 Te 2.7 Se 0.3 and Bi 0.5 Sb 1.5 Te 3 films are determined.
