Load Dispatch for East China Regional Smart Grid

Making full use of demand side resources can help to ease the power supply and demand balance,promote energy conservation and emission reduction,and expand access of renewable energy.To some extent,traditional demand side management,demand side bidding and orderly power consumption enhance the availability of demand side resources.Based on the introduction of theory and practice of load dispatch,this paper,from the perspective of system operation,presents comprehensive and optimal load dispatch scheme for East China regional smart grid,whereby,with the supportive smart grid technology,demand side resources can be normally connected into dispatch operation of power system through load dispatch,fully considering the integrated optimal dispatch of demand side resources.
