The invention discloses a dual mass flywheel which comprises a first-stage flywheel, a second-stage flywheel, a support plate, a transmission disc, two first spring support racks, two second spring support racks, a plurality of third spring support racks, a plurality of cylindrical helical springs and two limiting components, wherein the first-stage flywheel is fixed with the support plate so as to form an annular accommodation cavity; the two limiting components are arranged inside the accommodation cavity; the annular accommodation cavity is divided into two arc-shaped accommodation cavities by the two limiting components; a first spring support rack, a second spring support rack and a plurality of third spring support racks are arranged inside each arc-shaped accommodation cavity in a sliding manner; the third spring support rack is positioned between the first spring support rack and the second spring support rack; the spring support racks are connected through the cylindrical helical springs; the two limiting components are fixed with the support plate and the first-stage flywheel; the transmission disc is arranged between the first-stage flywheel and the support plate; the transmission disc is fixed with the second-stage flywheel. The dual mass flywheel disclosed by the invention has a vibration reduction angle of +/-37.5 degrees, and is low in cost.
