Traffic Tracker, a software tool designed for collecting and analyzing time-based traffic flow data while observing videotapes of traffic operations. The program allows users to design a data collection screen which is a graphical representation of where data is being collected. Traffic Tracker is comprised of three components: the Environment Editor for designing data collection screens, the Data collector, and the Analysis package.
