The foam supply device comprises a electric plunger type foam pump, an automatic control module for water-foam mixing proportion, flow meter mounting on water-foam mixing liquor pipeline; the automatic control module for water-foam mixing proportion controls rotation speed of electric plunger type foam pump according to flow signal provided by the flow meter so as to control foam liquor flow; the foam jet device is used to eject water-foam-compressed air mixing liquid in water-foam mixing liquid pipeline. The invention has merits of accurate control for foam proportion, high automation degree, easy operation, improved fire-extinguishing efficiency; the invention can clean pipeline, cools power takeoff, water pump gear box lubricant and air compressor lubricant heatexchanger, pour water in tank and release residual water.
