Application of Dynamic Programming in Inner-plantEconomical Operation of Hydropower Station

Inner-plant economical operation of hydropower station based on dynamic programming is presented in this paper. We perform a detailed analysis of the system strategy about the proposed model. Furthermore, the effect of vibration and overhaul of generating units is considered. We use the data from Liujiaxia hydropower station in our experiment. Result shows that the proposed strategy has an obvious increase of the efficiency. It can satisfy the real-time requirement of system operation as well.
