Lobectomía pulmonar por puerto único

Video-assisted Thoracic Surgery (VATS) is becoming more popular around the world. Although in our country there isn't data about this technique, VATS is more frequently used day after day. This paper describes series of patients who underwent single port-access pulmonary lobectomy. This case series contribute to the development of VATS by showing that the results are as favorable as they are with double or triple port-access surgery and makes single port-access pulmonary lobectomy an interesting option for thoracic surgeons.
