The application of detailed management in security care of senile patients in hospital

[Objective] To improve the safety of care in senile patients in hospital through enforcing detailed management.[Method] Ensure the safety of senile patients during hospitalization through a series of detailed management,such as enhancing safety awareness of the nursing staff,strengthening vocational training,emphasizing on patient education,enhancing nurse-patient communication,doing well the security assessment of the patients and improving the living conditions of senile patients.[Result] The incidence rate of care and adverse events in senile patients were significantly decreased through enforcing detailed management.[Conclusion] Detailed management is the need for safe care.Enhancement of detailed management can increase the safety of care in senile patients during hospitalization and avoid the medical risks effectually.
