Simulation system and method of sheet metal punch forming technology

The invention relates to a simulation system and method of a sheet metal punch forming technology. The system comprises a shell simulation module and a body simulation module. The shell simulation module comprises a shell stretching analysis unit, a shell springback analysis unit, a shell edge-cutting analysis unit and a shell perpendicular edge-turning analysis unit. The body simulation module comprises a body stretching analysis unit, a body springback analysis unit and a body perpendicular edge-turning analysis unit. The method includes the following steps that first, a user selects the shell simulation module or the body simulation module according to the manufacturing technology of a part; second, the shell simulation module or the body simulation module is selected, and then one or more corresponding unit simulation unit assemblies are selected; third, setting of all parameters is completed step by step according to guidance. Therefore, the simulation system and method have the advantages of simplifying simulation operation steps by using the guidance method and customizing multiple process simulation templates of parts of railway vehicles.
